ZySCAN
is a powerful tool that easily converts paper documents and existing image formats into searchable online information.
ZyINDEX
creates and manages all the searchable archives that contain your scanned and electronic information.
ZyCLIP
is a newspaper clipping software that allows you to electronically scan complete newspapers and "clip" all articles into searchable documents.
ZyIMAGE for Forms
interprets all common types of characters in paper forms, whether they are machine-print (OCR), isolated handprint (ICR)-including alpha and numeric-mark sense (OMR) and/or barcodes (such as those from a scanner or a fax machine).

ZyCOLD
automatically converts digital spool files into ZyIMAGE searchable files key-field search and full-text retrieval). ZyCOLD automatically detects new spool files in a directory, splits them into separate files and adds key fields to these files. You can define the split criteria and key fields.

ZyCOLD Professional
broadens the functionality of the standard ZyCOLD product. The spool files from the mainframe, AS/400 or server are processed so that you can modify the layout completely to your needs.

ZyIMAGE Exchange Connector
enables you to archive all information from your Microsoft® Exchange Server into a ZyIMAGE XML Repository. All information that you want to archive, such as email, newsgroups, and so forth, will be copied from the Microsoft® Exchange Server and stored as XML files along with any additional attachments. Storing your email as XML, guarantees compatibility with future systems without the need of expensive conversions. The ZyIMAGE Exchange Connector will automatically add information such as recipient name, sender name, date and time as key fields so that your archive is automatically structured.
ZyFIND
is a stable and robust program that allows you to search, find and organize all documents that are in your ZyINDEX archives.
ZyFIND for Outlook
allows you to quickly search through multiple Microsoft Outlook® PST files, including attachments. ZyFIND for Outlook is based on the core functionality of ZyIMAGE and is installed as a plug-in for your Microsoft Outlook® program.

ZySEARCH

ZyPUBLISH
copies your ZyLAB archives to CD or DVD and makes these searchable for the standard ZySEARCH software.

ZyIMAGE Webserver
enables you to share all ZyIMAGE indexes and data over the Internet or your intranet. Using any common browser, you can connect to a ZyIMAGE Webserver and search through all the information stored on it.
ZyIMAGE Enterprise Webserver
adds additional flexibility to the features provided by the ZyIMAGE Webserver. Whereas the basic Webserver is a read-only product, the Enterprise version provides write access through your standard browser.
ZyALERT
is an SDI (Selective Dissemination of Information) module that can be used to automatically detect relevant information in huge indexes and send notification when the requested information is found. ZyALERT acts as an information agent that searches the data at set times based on user profiles. User profiles can be self-defined, and information is sent to the users by fax, email, diskette or printout.
Record Management Module (RMA) module converts ZyIMAGE into a full record-management system (DoD 5015.2 compliant), which can manage and search documents (paper, electronic, email) throughout your organization.
Case Management Module is actually a collection of ZyFIND tools that help you create and coordinate all of the annotations that form the key detail-managing component for extensive case information.
Document Management Module adds additional functionality (such as version control and check-in/check-out) to enable multiple users to work on the same set of documents. The module integrates the ZyLAB archives in Microsoft® Office XP applications.
Audit Trail Module
stores all user activities (such as searching, viewing and editing documents and opening, deleting, and building indexes) in an XML file. You can configure the activities you want to store as well as index and search all the XML files and view the activities users have performed.
Case Authorization Module
allows you to generate a special access code that grants a designated user the rights to search for archived documents according to a predefined timeframe. All documents in the index must have a date field because the access key only allows document viewing within a certain timeframe. An administrator can control the access to information by creating and deleting the special access keys.
Advanced Security Module
gives you document-level security options. You can define your own document groups based on the contents of your key fields and protect your documents from unauthorized access. You can also define your own users and import users and groups from the network security.In addition, you can set security rights to a variety of ZyIMAGE functions such as building, deleting and creating indexes and editing, deleting and merging documents.

Bates Stamping Module
provides every document and page a unique identifier, which can be placed on the original image during a ZyFIND export or printing process.
XML Wrapper Module
is designed to generate a universal key field structure over all your scanned paper and electronic file formats. This module will connect all your electronic files (in Word, Excel, PDF, WAV, MPG, and so on) to an XML file that contains your electronic files' key-field information. Thus, you can give all your electronic files the same key-field structure as your scanned paper documents. If manual index fields were created for an electronic file stored in the ZyLAB Archive, the XML Wrapper module will generate an XML file for that electronic file.
Database Fields Module
enables you to store your documents' key fields in separate databases. These databases can be external (such as Oracle or SQL), or you can use the standard FoxPro database that ZyIMAGE supplies with the Database Fields Module. The information in the database can easily be connected to other databases and systems.
Visualization Module
provides two new ways for you to quickly and easily assess the full range of available archived information. This new module offers a hyperbolic tree, which enables you to view information on an easy-to-use, interactive, multi-dimensional tree — with additional visual navigation features such as location, color, size and spatial orientation. The Visualization Module also offers a tree map for quick comparitive analysis of large hierarchical structures.

Data Extraction Modules
enhance your ability to organize and classify your information. ZyLAB has developed several data-extraction options that automatically structure data based upon specific criteria such as basic file properties, document properties, concepts and named entities.
Application Integrator
enables ZyLAB core technology to be easily integrated with other systems.
